Justin Bieber was recently spotted shopping for some jewelry with a friend at New York City in an effortlessly cool outfit. The 20-year-old singer has taken on different styles this year and we had to PAUSE this look as Justin rocks the classic Saint Laurent Wyatt 40 Harness suede boots. He styled the boots with a not only black fedora, black jeans, white tee and matched the boots with a brown Saint Laurent shearling jacket. Chelsea inspired boots have become big this season and Justin Bieber is surely showing us all that Harry Styles isn’t the only one that can rock the boot, but who rocks it better?
