Demna Gvasalia recently had his debut fall/winter show as creative director for fashion brand Balenciaga. We saw recreations of the classic shoppers/grocery bag make their way down the runway alongside the models.
The bags stood out on the runway; a recognised symbol for many. The bags are created in the typical blue, red and white as well as blue, black, white and more colourful colour ways. The bags are made of lamb grain leather which sell for around $2,000 or the snakeskin version which retail for $10,000!
