More to come from Gosha.
Menswear designer Gosha Rubchinskiy has completely disrupted streetwear, changing global cultural ideas in his sporty approach to post-Soviet fashion in the process. His unique designs are heavy handed with the inspiration of Russian youth culture, and for his latest collaboration with adidas, Rubchinskiy didn’t sway far from his vision.
The Gosha Rubchinskiy x adidas Originals collaboration dropped a couple of days ago at select locations and online, of course including both London and New York’s famed Dover Street Market stores. But today, July 17th, marks the day when the collection hits all other retailers.
There are three instalments of the collaboration: this is just the first, complete with the traditional adidas track jackets, sport jerseys, sweat pants and toques. But the collection also boasts some signature Gosha, like his simple Cyrillic tees, striped turtleneck sweaters and an offering of belts. Accessories range from about $15 to $35 USD, while outerwear rolls in at between $110 and $140 USD. The other two collections have been rumoured to drop over the next few months, with the second in August, and the third in September, but nothing has been confirmed.
Take a look at the full collection below, and keep it locked to PAUSE for any further updates on the status of the upcoming instalments.
