Last week we showed you the preview of the fast food inspired Saucony Shadow 5000 ‘Burger’, created in collaboration with online retailer END but this week, we’ve managed to get our hands on the complete look.
This is End’s second collaboration in most recent times with them releasing a joint collaboration with Reebok on the Instapump Fury. This time around inspiration is taken directly from gourmet burgers and their tasty colours. The upper is constructed of a high quality mixture of nubuck, leather and suede with a woven tongue label. The taste bud teasing colours that look as if they’ve jumped right off of a Burger King menu is just the start. Custom packaging has been included reminiscent of traditional burger packaging. The fast food gingham design replaces the standard tissue paper. Additional laces are even thrown in, giving it customisable features straight out the box.
The Saucony x END. Shadow 5000 ‘Burger’ will be released online on Saturday May 3rd, or exclusively at the launch party on Thursday 1st May at End Hunting Co.
