Sock sneakers takeover.
After releaving its first design to the market back in October 2014, the Nike Sock Dark collaboration with Fragment Design has been the one to watch for 2015. The soft sneaker slip-on silhouette has never been more trendy to embrace the sock like shoe. Available first in a dark laden colourway, the breathable knit sneakers has almost been covered in every colour and now introduces three new colourways; Triple White, Gray, and Pink.
“The first time I saw the Sock Dart—it wasn’t even a shoe. Tinker showed me a knit, like a sock, and explained they were going to put an outsole on it.” Said the designer Hiroshi Fujiwara.
Since all the popular releases, the Nike Sock Dark has sold out within minutes/hours all over the top retailers and is sure to be a silhouette we all need to cop this year. Stay tuned for the upcoming colourways releasing soon for summer.
