Palmiers Du Mal debuted their Autumn/Winter 2017 collection at New York Fashion Week Men’s. The collection takes inspiration from the Pink Panthers gang and the “fictional syndicate of international jewel thieves” as well as the idea of clothes suitable for jet-setting and “clothing you wear from different corners of the world and still feel comfortable no matter where you are”. These ideas are brought to life through the clothes, relaxed baggy T-Shirts and velour zip ups, as well as the styling of the show where one model sports a balaclava and sliders reading “MDMA” and another a silk pink shirt buttoned only at the middle, half untucked, oozing lazy luxury vibes.
