It really is fashion porn.
Opening Ceremony’s flagship store is kicking off New York Fashion Week: Men’s with their second edition of #FashionPorn, a pop-up event series hosted in collaboration with vintage retailer Byronesque.
“The ’90s was he last time fashion was at its most creative, ” said Byronesque CEO Gill Linton. “While that’s starting to change, we still think it’s essential to uphold the creative defiance of these important vintage designers and the culture they created.”
This time around, the pop-up will zero in on rare pieces from the ’90s, overseeing over 300 archived garments from high profile fashion houses like Raf Simons, Helmut Lang and Balenciaga. The pop-up will even offer a collection dedicated entirely to vintage Margiela items.
Check out some of the gothic pieces that will materialize inside the walls of Opening Ceremony’s NYC flagship store at the #FashionPorn pop-up event on July 23.
