Italian-born brand, Palm Angels unveils a new technical sneaker for Spring/Summer 2019.
Following the line of inspiration of past seasons, the American cultural tropes keep being its main influence source. Only this time it has evolved into a new and unpredictable hybrid way where volumes, colours and materials are the major keys.
Including logo Velcro-straps by Francesco Ragazzi, the artistic director, functionality is the main focus of this drop. To emulate the action of physical effort, leather is combined with hyper-technical fabrics and chunky rubber soles in four distinct colourways. A takeover of the great outdoors, inside or out of the urban jungle is the scenery imagined by Palm Angels’ for this campaign as seen in the billboard’s installation in the American South-West dessert.
