A Family Affair.
Taking the concept of their spring/summer 2020 collection and realising its physical representation with their recent Paris showroom, Filling Pieces emulated the humble family home for their recent fashion week presentation in the French capital.
Envisioning ‘Family’ as those not bonded by blood, but the chosen family we all form throughout adult life – the label conveyed this message with a deconstructed interpretation of the family home. After passing through a lush green garden on arrival, the ‘household’ was divided into seven respective wardrobes, with one correlating to each fictional family member.
