You don’t have to look very far to see someone sporting a pair of Balenciaga’s Triple S or Track sneakers, and now the progressive label is introducing the Track.2 sneaker.
With a new original design, the Track.2 features a complex, layered upper with over 176 separate pieces creating the dense leather and mesh panels. Inspired by athletics, the sneaker’s structure blends metallic accents with pops of colour and thick rope sneakers. Donning an outsole design that’s inspired by classic running sneakers, the sneaker’s utilitarian aesthetic is rounded up with “TRACK.2” detailing and “BALENCIAGA” branding on the tongue and on the ankle bed.
Expected to drop June 18th, Balenciaga’s Track.2 sneaker will be available in three distinct colourways and will be available on SSENSE. See the sneaker in the images below:
