As the season changes and labels continue to roll out their new campaigns in earnest, Givenchy is the latest to offer a preview of their spring/summer 2022 promotional material for your perusal.
Lensed by Korean-born German photographer Heji Shin with oversight by creative director Matthew M. Williams, the new shot perpetuates the label’s collaboration with American artist Josh Smith and marks the photographer’s second campaign for the house to date. Speaking on the news, Williams commented:
“It was incredible to partner so closely with Josh – someone whose electric work and unencumbered perspective I’ve long admired–on all aspects of this collection including this campaign. To me, his artistic vision represents Givenchy’s modern ethos, and I’m grateful that Josh has let me–and, now, so many others–fully step into and explore his world.”
