Designed by the late Virgil Abloh.
Off-White and Church’s have come together for a public release of their genderless footwear range, being a collection personally designed by Virgil Abloh.
Revolving around Virgil Abloh’s ‘Question Everything’ mentality and Church’s stylistic history, the collection reinterprets the classic silhouettes of the British brand and reinvigorates them with modern reference points. The first drop from the collection and Abloh’s “remastering a classic” journey is the Burwood. This silhouette is a classic Oxford brogue with unique dovetail patterning. Whilst usually donning a suede upper, Virgil Abloh replaces this with black brushed calfskin and screen printed “Special Events” text on the outside of the shoe, with the ever-present Off-White hangtag keeping its place.
The Off-White x Burwood is available to buy now at Off-White and Church’s store. Check out the imagery below.
