Having collaborated last year to champion black unity, Tommy Hilfiger and Patta are back again this year but this time to tap into 90s Hip-hop in New York, often dubbed as the golden age of the genre with legends such as Wu-Tang Clan, Notorious B.I.G. and Mobb Deep.
The collaborative capsule contains styles taken straight out of a 90s-themed party with baggy silhouettes, collegiate-inspired pieces and bright colour-blocking. The standout piece in the collection has to be the baggy, denim carpenter trousers which feature a very saturated blue wash, pocket detailing and co-branded embroidery on the waist and on the back pocket. The letterman varsity jacket and windbreaker are also worth mentioning, adding both Patta and Tommy Hilfiger elements to create classic-looking outerwear pieces with a bit of collaborative flair.
