Salehe Bembury’s long run of collaborations with the likes of Crocs and Moncler have proven to be a widespread success across the board, but this latest joint effort with New Balance could be his best yet.
Having teased a New Balance collaboration various times throughout the last couple of months, including some striking on-foot looks, Salehe Bembury took to Instagram to officially introduce his collaborative New Balance 1906R capsule to the world, with this newest collaborative venture set to include two new takes on the running shoe. Refusing to tone down the colours, Bembury makes a switch from his typical affections for earth tones and brings in two vibrant ‘yellow & orange gradient/silver’ and ‘red/blue’ iterations of the mesh sneaker, with additional features including standard hardened New Balance midfoot insignia, a cushioned Abzorb midsole, as well as a smooth tonal sock lining.
