ERL continue to roll out their latest efforts as they take a big – and literal – step forward with their debut shoe release.
The Los Angeles born brand once again stay firmly in-tune with their roots as they champion one of the most prominent subcultures out of the West Coast – skating. Staying true to their youthful brand DNA and affection for tongue-in-cheek silhouettes, this trio of new shoe releases sees a chunky skate-ready silhouette head into the spotlight, with the all original shape debuting in shades of brown and black suede and a subtle cream. The enlarged silhouette features puffy outers reminiscent of heritage skating shapes of the past, with the firmly padded pair utilising sherpa lining – in-keeping with their recently debuted “Made in California” collection – as well as an exaggerated tongue in order to instil a strong dose of comfort. Lastly, semi-translucent rubber outsoles, wavy outsole lining, and stitched ERL tongue branding complete the main components.
ERL’s “made in california footwear” is set to release later today, April 30th.
