A Sign of the Times.
Retro eyewear is back in a big way, especially the faux-futuristic styles of the early 2000s. Capitalising on this, Ronnie Fieg’s KITH look set to team up with industry frontrunners, Oakley, for a new eyewear capsule.
Joining forces for the first time, KITH x Oakley is bound to be on everybody’s wish list come release date, with the duo making sure to put 2000s style on top with this newest eyewear capsule. The limited range of pairs – which looks set to be restricted to two entries – sees the iconic Oakley Eye Jacket sunglasses lead the way in a signature shade of matted silver and a set of blue and green gradient lenses. Leaning further into Oakley’s design DNA, subtle “KITH” lettering arrives on the bridge in the classic Oakley typeface, whilst a heritage “O” logo embeds itself on the temples. The second pair indulges in sportswear stylings as the Oakley Hydra sunglasses get a designer makeover, with a thick brow frame debuting in black alongside a sunset style orange glass frame tint and a classic KITH logo.
No release date has been set for KITH x Oakley as of yet, but keep your eyes peeled to PAUSE for more information as it arrives.
