The Ronnie Fieg x ASICS love affair comes in hot and heavy for this latest teaser, with the busy creative taking to social media to debut a first look at an all-new Kith x ASICS GEL-KAYANO 12.1 sneaker.
Following on from various efforts alongside ASICS, Ronnie Fieg and Kith aren’t slowing down anytime soon, piggybacking off of their recently released ASICS 2160 x Marvel “Super Villains” capsule with this pair of “Light Sage” Kith x ASICS GEL-KAYANO 12.1 sneakers. Providing a subtle yet direct sage green semi-translucent upper for the pair’s material composition, Fieg and ASICS blur the lines for this pair by placing trippy synthetic overlays on top of a signature white mesh base, colouring in a blank canvas. The stripped back pair feature some minimised ASICS branding on the heel, arriving in the form of stitched “ASICS” lettering and embossed “GEL-KAYANO” lettering, whilst a lowered dark green and white midsole unit works alongside chunky round laces to complete the pair’s main features.
