NBA All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is highly touted as one of the craftiest players in the NBA, and one of the sharpest dressers off it. The Oklahoma City Thunder guard has been swiped up by Canada Goose as their Global Brand Ambassador and has subsequently unveiled their first co-designed piece of outerwear.
The garment personifies Shai’s charismatic sense of style, blending the functional elements and craftsmanship that Canada Goose is renowned for with Shai’s intrepid aesthetic. Canada Goose’s redefined Faber Hoodie features a cropped silhouette for a boxy look, built in shoulder pads to accentuate the spacious dimensions and is finished with a striking watercolor camouflage pattern. An extended collar height has been fitted to better suit Shai’s 6’5 frame, along with longer sleeves and a personalized s2 logo above the Canada Goose sleeve patch.
This particular collab between the pair is a one of one for Shai, but fans of both entities who reside in Canada, America or the UK can enter to own the final design prototype between August 19th and September 3rd.
