Kiko Kostadinov Studio and Asics are dropping Season 2 of their NOVALIS collection this week, inspired by the practice of everyday life innately. The pair have been no stranger to the spotlight, with previous renditions of their sneaker collaborations still fetching hefty amounts on resale sites.
Season 2 builds on the success of their first capsule by keeping some of the statement garments from Season 1, with the addition of a few heavy hitters. The GEL-STYRAXTM offers Asics comfortability blended into a fashionable clog. A track training suit, reminiscent of one’s found in the Asics archive, pops up in a retro purple hue with green and black striped accents on the inner arm.
In contrast to the tonality of Season 1, the supporting garments feature hits of colour, namely in the burgundy and royal blue found both on the sneakers and track training set. The rest of the collection is rounded out by a wrap around skirt, a flowing blue mantle and two easily wearable rugby tops and jumpers. Materials used in the collection deviate from Season 1, namely with the update of a soft shell twill.
The collection will be dropping at Kiko and Asics stores on September 7th, reaching selected partners on September 14th. Check out full campaign imagery below.
