Inspired by a trip to Scotland, Wax London have dropped their AW24 collection titled Escape The Noise. The collection transports buyers to serene countryside’s, escaping the hustle and bustle of city life.
Founded in 2015, Wax London has prided themselves on creating clothing with character, offering more than just intricate weaves and fabrics to their clientele. Their robust community is served with sturdy outwear, long-standing British heritage and a penchant for family values.
The most recent offering from the brand responds to demands made in AW23, expanding their knitwear selection to far that is makes up 40% of this season’s pieces. Among their new offerings are the Alban Cardigan in Pink/Ecru Paisley, with alternative options in navy and grey mohair, a new knit style polo and a boucle yarn which makes it brand debut across their knitwear for a punch of character and warmth.
For fans of the Whiting Overshirt, don’t fret as they’ve unveiled the garment in the classic windowpane check pattern and a new palette of black, navy and white. The wool-blend Pike iteration is also making a comeback in two new colourways, balancing playfulness and subtlety. Further expansion includes the Mount Overshirt and Otto in new seasonal fabrics.
Finally, both the long sleeve and outerwear category have inflated, with the long sleeve section including brushed cotton flannels and seersucker corduroy, along with a new classic Oxford shirt. The Skye gilet, Knoll bomber style jacket and Iggy jacket in corduroy join the Santoni and Sasso coat, among other shorter length outwear like the Cozi fleece.
The tees, polos and core pieces are made from 100% organic cotton, while the Whiting overshirts utilize globally exclusive recycled cotton from a family-run mill in France. Wax London’s Escape The Noise collection is now available on the company’s website from £25-£495, but as recent history goes, you don’t have long left to cop your fall favourites before they’re on someone else’s back.

This World Is New
Wax London proudly presents ‘This World is New’- A short narrative piece about finding sanctity in our surroundings, featuring actor Jamie Sives. Launching alongside the A/W24 collection, the film, directed by Fred Page and Ethan Porter, is set to the boundless backdrop of the western islands of Scotland. Cloaked in a landscape covered in heather and gorse, we watch our character immersed in his environment, his senses heightened as he consumes the beauty of his surroundings as if experienced for the first time. Jamie wears our eponymous Whiting Over Shirt, the Stan Coat and our Wilde crew knit.
