Going Ghost.
Stone Island has revealed their Earth Mapping Camo Winter range inspired by satellite views of the earth. The collection is anchored by the 462E1 Camouflage Nylon Rep Ice jacket modeled by photographer Liam Macrae.
Previous collections from Stone Island this season were heavily found in their ghost subcategory, a label which emphasizes dyeing the badge to match the monochromatic looks within the range. This new Ice campaign features significantly more colour, pulling from previous patterns which fans adored.
The hero piece is the aforementioned 462E1, which is offered in Dove grey and Green grey. Both jackets morph colour once exposed to cool air, adding orange and indigo to each respecting puffer. The hooded jackets are made of 100% recycled nylon which is treated with a water resistant agent and filled with down feathers.
Stone Island’s Earth Mapping Camo collection also features a collection of overshirts, jumpers and t-shirts. Each piece features the same Ice pattern as the 462E1 jacket, with hues of turquoise and desert beige through. The collection is available now on the Stone Island website, and you can catch the product imagery below.
