Alpha Industries has taken its affinity for outerwear to the next level, collaborating with EYE Junya Watanabe Man on an avant-garde biker jacket. The brand is renowned for its bomber jacket, recognised by its red tag on the left sleeve.
For years, both brands have established themselves in military designs. Combining a fusion of Japanese tailoring with Alpha Industries’ timeless design and materials, the outcome is a sharp yet refined take on a classic. Their collaboration unveils a never-before-seen biker jacket, kitted out with nods to Tokyo’s driving scenes paired with the constructive blocks seen in military wear.
Constructed from 100% nylon and made in Japan, the slim-fitting jacket fuses high-performance heritage with an avant-garde edge. Lined with lightweight mesh, the jacket is fitted with a ribbed waist and zipped cuffs for tactical control, and comfort in the warmer months.
EYE Junya Watanabe Man and Alpha Industries jacket will launch on May 22nd, with limited stock reaching the Alpha website, and select global retailers featuring Dover Street Market Ginza, New York, London and Paris. Check out the campaign shots below.
