Keen Footwear widens its UNEEK family with the birth of two new soles.
The functional fashion style of Keen Footwear’s popular UNEEK shoe became a phenomenon eleven years ago when it first launched. The open-air sneaker repurposed the idea of a comfortable, practical and lightweight shoe worn for moving and as a statement of new design.
Today, the brand celebrates the OG shoe by adding two more styles to the UNEEK family: ‘UNEEK PLT’ and ‘UNEEK PLT Tassle’. If the style feels familiar, you may have noticed the brand’s inspiration taken from last season’s Paris Fashion Week collaboration, “noir kei ninomiya.” Available in multiple colourways, bright and neutral shades, the PLT has a contoured fit and a chunkier platform and sole.
The second edition of the family is the ‘UNEEK WK’, a more hybrid and complex technology take on the style. A sustainable option for your wardrobe and perfect for summer walks, the flatter curve and 100% recycled material shoe is a revolutionary model.
