Lil Boat rocked the boat with this one, stepping forward with his second Air Force 1 entry alongside Nike. The Lil Yachty x Nike Air Force 1 “Lucky Green/Mystic Red” brings patent leather back into the equation as green and red panelling sits atop a deep yellow base. Of course, Lil Yachty’s signature “Concrete Boys” logo is stitched into the heel, adding that extra layer of detail. Summer-ready.

Australia’s own Temptation Vacation bring us a gem from down under here as they link-up with the “it” sportswear brand of the moment in ASICS. The Temptation Vacation x Asics GEL-DS Trainer 14 is about to land on your “for you” pages in a big way, with the low-riding mesh effort bringing in some always welcome earth tones for the new summer season. Reflecting the dreamy weekends spent along Australia’s Gold Coast, the pair utilise sandy, earthy hues throughout the mesh upper, laces and quarter-panel design, whilst heavy accents of forest green arrive on the upper and act as a nod to Australia’s vast and renowned bush landscapes. Not forgetting those lush blue waters, a bold blue midsole and inner sole reflect the shimmering Aussie sea. Temptation Vacation said it already: “Tune out, dial in.” These can be yours on May 25th.

The boat shoe is very much in-style, and it looks like it’s here to stay. Taking note, established footwear outfit G.H. Bass have perfected the classic look through its Ranger Camp Moc, an elevated take on the heritage silhouette. The robust entry arrives in a classic black leather colourway, taking a rugged, moccasin-inspired design that moulds to the foot and lining it with a supple leather lining and lightweight EVA lug outsole, providing a distinct sense of comfort and flexibility for the everyday. Can’t beat the classics.

AVAVAV are never short of a surprise or two, and this pair of adidas Moonrubber Megarides are just the latest entry from their weird and whacky world. Initially introduced at the brand’s Milan Fashion Week runway show, the AVAVAV x adidas Moonrubber Megaride “White” features rather outlandish curved arches that slightly mimic a clown shoe, with curved upward-pointing toes keeping that idea very much alive. If you’re really about this fashion thing, these might be a bit of you.

Ugly shoes are kind of in, just incase you didn’t already know. Looking to fight their way into that mix, Nike’s “Ale Brown” take on the Air SuperFly firmly cements them in that arena. These speak for themselves… whether you like what they’re saying or not is another issue altogether.
