BREAKING: Anna Wintour Steps Down as Vogue US Editor-In-Chief

The end of an era.

After 37 years at the helm, Anna Wintour has officially stepped down as editor-in-chief of Vogue USA. The announcement, made to staff marks the end of an era for the publication. In response, Condé Nast has begun the search for a new Head of Editorial Content to manage day-to-day editorial operations for the U.S. edition.

While Wintour is stepping away from the American EIC title, she will remain a key force within the company. At 75, she continues in her roles as Condé Nast’s Global Chief Content Officer and Global Editorial Director of Vogue, where she will guide the brand’s international editions and shape its global content strategy.

What do we think of this news? Will Vogue USA be the same without Wintour?
