A Deeper Connection to Materiality.
Nanushka unveils its Pre-Spring 2026 collection, “Reflections.” Drawing inspiration from Austrian thinker Rudolf Steiner’s philosophy on the inseparability of spirit and material, the collection delves into the unseen depths of design, offering pieces that transcend mere aesthetics.
“Reflections,” explores the idea that what we see is only the surface. This is translated through fluid silhouettes and organic details like draped folds and rounded seams, inviting contemplation. The overarching theme emphasises introspection and a connection to the inner self, a gentle counterpoint to modern life’s fast pace.
Bold, modular bolero sleeves elevate evening wear and extend seamlessly into outerwear. This season’s outerwear introduces new volumes for layering, from classic A-line khaki trench coats to cropped leather-effect denim jackets and softened wool pieces. Available in both light and heavyweight options, these pieces offer timeless, transeasonal wear. The classic Ado jacket reappears in washed black denim, marking a new evolution since its Pre-Fall 2021 debut. Tailored sets feature slub tailoring with belt accents, studio canvas folds, and rich dark taupe leather co-ords. A light touch comes from a crinkled chiffon set in tofu and dark khaki, complemented by satin fringe for movement and elastic jersey for a sporty feel.
The collection also introduces the Takaró bag, a blend of effortless elegance and thoughtful craftsmanship. It features a soft body and a structured, wire-molded twisted handle, a detail borrowed from the SANDI Lock bag.
