Welcome back.
After a brief silence, Maison Valentino has reopened the doors of its iconic flagship in Milan, a space that has defined luxury on Via Montenapoleone since 1969. Originally tucked away on Via Santo Spirito, the boutique has evolved over the decades, and today welcomes visitors at number 20.
Spanning 1,170 square metres across three levels, the Milan store offers a journey that feels more like an experience than a mere shopping trip. Upon entry, visitors are immersed in the Valentino Garavani women’s universe: iconic handbags, small leather goods, eyewear and beauty creations, all curated like a dreamlike display. The first floor showcases footwear and prêt-à-porter, while the top floor is reserved for eveningwear: two expansive salons with private rooms where glamour is tangible at every turn.
The men’s section, accessible via a separate entrance, connects to the women’s universe through an internal staircase, ensuring each corner retains an intimate, personal atmosphere coveted by Valentino’s clientele.
And, true to any grand reopening, there are surprises: two limited-edition handbags from the Vain line — a chain-strap model and a green leather-and-chain clutch — alongside an exclusive early Italian preview of the much-anticipated Valentino Garavani x Vans collaboration, arriving a week before its global launch.
