Pharrell Shuts Down St Peter’s Square with First Ever ‘Grace for the World’ Concert

A Historical Moment for Music.

In a historic first, Pharrell Williams’ “Grace for the World” concert was held at St. Peter’s Square in Vatican City on September 13, 2025. Co-directed by Williams and Andrea Bocelli, drawing an audience of 253,000 people in the square.

This monumental concert, which served as the grand finale for the World Meeting on Human Fraternity, featured performances by a star-studded lineup including John Legend, Clipse Jennifer Hudson, K Pop artist BamBam and Karol G. The show delivered a powerful message of peace and unity through a diverse mix of musical styles, all capped off with a stunning drone and light show inspired by the Sistine Chapel.
