Reggae's Roots.
Over the past year, Carhartt WIP have made it clear that they are here to stay and are one to watch as a major force in fashion collaborations. This time, they’ve teamed up with fashion designer Nicholas Daley on a 13-piece Fall/Winter 2025 capsule collection that celebrates music culture, community and Daley’s heritage, paying tribute to the trailblazing “Reggae Klub” his parents pioneered in Edinburgh in 1972.
Blending Carhartt WIP’s workwear-inspired silhouettes with Daley’s subcultural sensibility, the collection subtly references both Jamaican and Scottish heritage through a palette of blues, greens, and yellows, reminiscent of the St Andrew’s Cross. Key pieces include a reimagined chore coat in navy corduroy and indigo denim, updated Vest and Double Knee Pant staples, and accessories like a tartan record bag created in collaboration with Daley’s mother’s knitting circle, along with custom club-night inspired t-shirts and pins.
The collection is now available on their official website.
