Tokyo’s streetwear heavyweight NEIGHBORHOOD joins forces with Y-3 — the high-end collaboration between Yohji Yamamoto and adidas — for the first time, unveiling a Fall/Winter 2025 capsule inspired by motorcycle culture. But this isn’t your traditional biker gear; it’s reimagined through an urban, elegant, and futuristic lens.
Founded in 1994 by Shinsuke Takizawa, NEIGHBORHOOD has always balanced rugged craftsmanship with refined street sensibility. For this collaboration, the label took creative lead — overseeing around ninety per cent of the styling and graphic direction — while working closely with the adidas Y-3 and Yamamoto teams to develop elevated fabrics, tactile textures, and precise detailing that embody modern urban luxury.
Takizawa and Yamamoto, longtime icons in their own right, merge worlds once again — crafting a collection that blurs the lines between sport, fashion, and subculture. Highlights include leather racer jackets, hoodies, jerseys, and hybrid footwear that channel Y-3’s signature minimalism through NEIGHBORHOOD’s raw, street-driven lens.
First seen on the runway at Paris Fashion Week, the Y-3 × NEIGHBORHOOD capsule is available now at select adidas locations and online.
