A global journey told through sound.
DJ Snake marked his return with the release of his third studio album, titled “Nomad”, a 17-track project shaped by years of travel and cultural exchange. Released on the 7th November, the album followed a special listening event held the night before at Hangar H4 in Paris-Le Bourget Airport.
The setting of the listening party seamlessly reflected the album’s central theme of movement and connection. “The journey begins at the airport. It’s a place of mixing, emotions, departures, and reunions. It was the perfect setting to celebrate Nomad,” DJ Snake shared in a statement to the press.
Recorded across several continents, Nomad explores the intersections of reggaeton, trap, Afro-house, Middle Eastern rhythms and baile funk. Collaborations within the offering include J Balvin, Travis Scott, Future, Don Toliver, Stray Kids, Peso Pluma, Dillon Francis and Amadou & Mariam.
“I grew up surrounded by people from India, the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East. That mix shaped everything I heard. Nomad is a tribute to that upbringing, always moving, always learning, always blending what the world has to offer.”
Presented after his recent Eiffel Tower set and following six years since his last album “Carte Blanche”, Nomad stands as a personal and musical journey through sound, culture and connection. Take a look at some of the images captured at Nomad’s exclusive event below.
