Nina, another success from the Pachamama Group, known for former hotspots such as Bottarga, brings Italian hospitality to London with classic dishes, generous portions and an atmosphere perfect for all occasions. Located in Marylebone, this contemporary Italian spot serves up rustic comfort, from perfectly crisp Chicken Milanese to rich pastas and possibly one of the best dessert menus in the city. This cosy basement restaurant is a go-to. It’s the type of restaurant that could easily become a regular spot, and we’re already planning our next visit.

Barbarella, The Big Mamma Group’s newest opening and a viral restaurant for all the right reasons, is a cinematic Italian playground located in Canary Wharf. Designed around 70s glamour and Italian art deco, you step away from London’s financial district straight into a retro-futuristic, lively setting filled with lush décor and fancy details. And for the main event, the menu. Fresh handmade pasta, tasty pizzas and grilled meats, not forgetting the impressive cocktail list. Fancy Italian? Barbarella it is.
