Blending Nike’s unmatched running heritage with Jacquemus’ je ne sais quoi, Nike’s iconic Moon Shoe has returned. In a campaign fronted by visionary artist, Solange Knowles, the Moon Shoe is refreshed in three striking colourways: brown, sail, and a pale pink – a colour that is rooted in Jacquemus’ DNA. Simon Porte Jacquemus describes it as “a sensual and naïve colour that brings softness and intimacy to the silhouette, reshaping the icon through our own lens”.
Featuring a Nike Grand outsole, and a ruched upper, the crinkle-effect nylon gives the sneaker a relaxed feel. Intertwining both brands’ DNA, Nike’s iconic mini swoosh is embossed on the lace tips, with Jacquemus’ logo labelled on the tongues. The Nike x Jacquemus Moon Shoe will arrive in vintage-inspired packaging – echoing the original design.
They are available now at jacquemus.com and in Jacquemus stores. The Sail and Brown colourways will launch exclusively across SNKRS, NikeLab locations, and select Nike stores on the 16th March.
