A pair that has stood the test of time (and then some), this “Vintage” iteration of the iconic silhouette takes retro tennis court cues and sprints back into the modern day, utilising a heritage leather upper and cushioned EVA midsole composition to make this pair as streamlined – and classic – as possible. This run Vans are on is generational. We’re familiar with the Old Skool by now (obviously), but these latest drops? 10/10. The Vans Old Skool “Parisian Night Blue” dirties things up, bringing in another dose of faux pre-worn stylings through a scuffed midsole unit and a part-bleached canvas upper. Not only that, the pair exude personality, with “yin-yang” symbols and multi-coloured charm beads popping out from the neutral navy colour scheme.

This pair feels like the future. Nike’s Air Liquid Max “Black/Green Apple” gets your attention in the blink of a (passing) eye, with the comfort-centre pair using flexible fabrics and materials to champion a “liquid” like movement. A standout silhouette.
