Not Your Usual Delivery.
A few days ago, the streetwear brand Eme Studios turned its main flagship store into a full-on “fast-food kitchen,” delivering customers their orders in custom boxes and packaging straight from their McDonald’s collab. Yes, you heard it right, exclusively in Spain, the cult streetwear label has teamed up for a limited-edition hoodie that’s literally designed to be cut apart.
Created alongside agency TBWA\Spain, the piece hides real MyMcDonald’s app promo codes inside scissor-ready patches sewn into the garment, slice through the right sections and you unlock exclusive discounts hiding in plain sight.
The move is a dead-on read of Gen Z culture, where DIY customization and smart saving are both a lifestyle and a flex. McDonald’s leaned straight into that energy, turning discount culture into a streetwear statement. To cop the hoodie, fans had to stack points on the MyMcDonald’s app, earn access to an exclusive pop-up, and then let the scissors handle the rest.
