Reimagining Milanese café culture.
To coincide with Design Week 2026, Marni has partnered with Pasticceria Cucchi on an immersive three-month project in Milan, celebrating the city’s social rituals from morning cappuccinos to evening aperitivo.
The collaboration, realised by RedDuo Studio under Meryll Rogge’s creative direction, fuses Marni’s signature aesthetic with Cucchi’s historic heritage. Red and green patterns, retro-inspired stripes and polka dots, and a bespoke bow-tie logo unite the two identities throughout the café, from tableware and textiles to staff uniforms and pastry packaging.
As part of the experience, coffee cups and saucers designed for the collaboration will be available for purchase at Cucchi and at Marni’s boutique on Via Montenapoleone, turning everyday ritual into collectible design. Take a look below and let us know your thoughts. Will you be stopping by?
