With so many brands making up the UK market, it’s quite a task to narrow it down to just a few incredibly symbolic ones. Still, we’ve put together a quick selection of the labels that are currently catching our eye.
A key element of any brand is the name; this is often the first thing we see and it immediately tells us what sort of style to expect. One that we’re really liking the sound of is Paradox Clothing, a name that has a strong meaning and really stands out. Their stock is currently sold out but keep an eye on their store for further releases.
One of the most interesting labels around at the moment is Trapstar. Regularly worn by notable celebrities such as Rihanna, ASAP Rocky as well as British model Cara Delevigne, Trapstar is not only popular because of its catchy, fresh name but because of its brave designs and recognisable branding. Always with new releases, we’re looking to see what else they come up with!
Featured on PAUSE not too long ago, Represent Clothing more than live up to their name, producing bold, symbolic streetwear. With interesting typefaces and unique prints, this is definitely one to watch.
Finally, we came across XCVB; a very unique name for a very unique brand! While the name is merely a simple arrangement of keyboard letters, the images that the label creates are always daring, pushing the boundaries and drawing inspiration from a number of things. You won’t find any average looking designs or plain patterns here – everything is eccentric and unconventional.
