H&M never fail to embrace its love for simplicity and this new summer collection is nothing but all things simple. The lookbook showcases a mix of minimalist and timeless looks as well as some bold prints and all-over graphic pieces. The collection is a definite everyday wear for the season with light colours to mix and match your soft looks. With clashing prints becoming a big hit for spring/summer, our stand out piece from the collection is the floral print shirt and the all-over mix patterned coral look.

Angelos Frentzos has models wear material bags over their heads during his AW 14/15 menswear show in Milan. The covered faces connote a hidden identity and networks well with the camouflage prints also apparent in this collection, symbolising a necessity to blend into the background or be hidden. The elephant prints largely add to this theme of concealment and a wilderness full of plant and animal life which prompts references to elephant poaching – an overwhelming crime in modern-day Africa. Colours of fire and foliage have been used in this collection, textured greens mimic vegetation and the earthy reds spark a hot sense of danger.
The models adopt unconventional ways of wearing garments, with zip-up sweatshirts worn over the shoulders restricting movement and also giving a feel of incarceration. Light jersey fabrics make a good mix with wool and flexible cottons. Some neutral tones of soft beige and pale greys creep through in this collection helping paint a rugged dry landscape.
