He’s always been a man to watch on all radars, and finally, after it having been announced that Pharrell Williams is the new face of the brand, his collaborative collection with Japanese owned Uniqlo has been launched.
The unisex collection features a variety of graphic t-shirts and hats, adorned with eye catching slogans such as ‘Unlike Any Other’ and ‘The Same Is Lame’- all of which pay homage to Pharrell’s personal, slightly quirky dress style. The t-shirts come in an array of vibrant colours, thus appealing to the majority. Of his collection with Uniqlo, Pharrell claims he loves the high quality, comparing it to that of a t-shirt that could cost up to $80.
The singer who has taken the world by storm with his single ‘Happy’ is no stranger to designing apparel. Alongside Nigo (the same Nigo who was recently made Creative Director of Uniqlo), Pharrell established the brand ‘Billionaire Boys Club’ in 2005, and it is now a popular favourite amongst celebrities.
The PAUSE favourite from this collection would have to be the grey ‘The Same Is Lame’ graphic print tee. Simple, yet bold- perfect!

The collection launches on the 14th of April online and in-store.
