The latest in a long line of collaborative releases, South Korean label Gentle Monster has tapped the talents of Heron Preston for the launch of their first partnered drop.
Perpetuating the New York City designer’s tried-and-tested workwear aesthetic, the concise offering of three sunglasses styles in different colour combinations incorporate elements such as the brand’s signature ‘spirit level’ element into each and will arrive in a limited edition, custom-designed case. Speaking on the news, Heron commented:
“I decided to collaborate with GM because they always have supported big ideas and ambitious thinking. They understand how to connect through culture & arts in the most authentic ways and so working with them made me feel confident that they would be able to carry out my vision.”
