In celebration of Dickies' rich history.
In celebration of Dickies’ 100-year anniversary, the renowned workwear brand has unveiled its ‘Dickies Anniversary’ collection, paying tribute to the brand’s evolution.
Being one of the world’s leading brands in all things utilitarian, Dickies has built up a rapport with everyone from artists and builders to farmers and skaters, and this collection and campaign looks to celebrate this relationship. Some pieces from the range that catch the eye include a black and beige panelled anniversary jacket, an orange all-over print shirt, as well as a range of branded t-shirts. A special-edition release for the anniversary includes ‘The Heritage 100′ shirt and pants, which is a khaki co-ord that stays in line with Dickies’ uniformed style, one that has become globally synonymous with the brand.
Alongside the capsule, Dickies are launching the ‘Made in Dickies’ campaign, which looks to shine a light on the very people that Dickies has been worn by for a century, such as artists, builders, farmers, plumbers, skaters, and welders. In a statement made by Dickies, “The Made in Dickies campaign sets out to show the world that these people, their work and stories, often left untold, can be iconic.” The brand will release “digital, social and short-form video content on multiple platforms” to cover these people’s stories and how they are important.
