Could we be seeing another high-profile adidas collaboration?
Continuing on their high-fashion path, sportswear giant adidas could potentially be releasing a Balenciaga collaboration in the near future, with unofficial images surfacing of a collaborative ‘Triple S’ sneaker.
After their recent efforts with Prada, Gucci, and Y-3, adidas don’t look to be slowing down as they progress further into the high-fashion world, with Balenciaga’s infamous ‘Triple S’ chunky trainer looking to be within their sights. The rumoured release comes in the classic oversized ‘Triple S’ silhouette, with typical Balenciaga insignia adorning the side of the shoe. The three stripes of adidas sit just above this, peering under the leather layering that Balenciaga’s branding sits on. A simple black, white, and grey colourway makes this shoe an easy wear, whilst only adding to the hype.
