With a penchant for repurposing and reimagining once-loved garments, LA-based label Gallery Dept. has partnered with MR PORTER to release an exclusive, limited-edition collection that celebrates the one-of-a-kind designs that the brand has grown a cult following because of.
Utilising upcycled pieces and deadstock fabrics to form a denim-centric 26-piece capsule, there are subtle references to brand heritage throughout – think patchwork and abstract dyes – while its archival tees emblazoned with ‘Art That Kills’ slogans and hand-splattered paint are not to be ignored.
