Pulling no punches for this latest collaboration, comfort-centric footwear outfit UGG and LA-based luxury streetwear brand Gallery Dept. have linked up for some takes on a selection of bedazzling silhouettes.
Striding ahead of their contemporaries, UGG are putting their foot down in 2024 as they reveal various joint collaborations and individual projects alike, with this latest effort having been long awaited. Teaming up with the ever-present Gallery Dept, the newest delivery sees the duo’s debut come to light as UGG’s iconic Classic Boot and Tasman Slipper silhouettes are put forward for reinterpretation, with Gallery Dept’s imitable design style arriving through multicoloured studs, fringes, and regenerative leather and suede that echo the brand’s founder Josué Thomas and his OG splatter aesthetic. Making sure to channel their shared appreciation for beauty, art, and longevity, the duo finish up this selection of detailed entries, all of which arrive in shades of brown and black, with co-branding on the heels and midfoot, which include Gallery Dept’s signature yellow labelling.
