Reimagining a familiar Paul Mescal favourite, Sporty & Rich x adidas returns with three new collaborative takes on the increasingly-popular adidas Handball Spezial.
The rise of Sporty & Rich was always a sight to behold, particularly with the nature of the brand’s ascension to the top of lifestyle and streetwear worlds. Originally born from an Instagram mood board page, much like popular competitor HIDDEN NY, Emily Oberg’s outfit quickly grew and prompted the New York resident to start Sporty & Rich. Fast forward to 2024, the brands fast-moving project continues to propel itself to the very top, once again hitting up adidas for more joint footwear efforts.
Moving on from the adidas Samba for now, the Handball Spezial is up next to bat as three pink, green, and brown iterations hit home runs, with each pair taking retro to the bank through suede upper bases, signature gum soles, off-white rope laces, leather adidas Three Stripes and heel branding, as well as golden “Sporty & Rich” text.
The new Sporty & Rich x adidas Handball Spezial collection is set to release on May 23rd via adidas CONFIRMED and Sporty & Rich stores.
