M.A.L.I.C.E.
Maharishi and Birkenstock have turned the heat up on their Mogami Terra sandals. Inspired by the U.S. Army’s M.A.L.I.C.E. system, standing for Modified All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment, the sandal has been crafted in military grade materials.
The M.A.L.I.C.E. system is one that Maharishi already uses on their garments and bags, endorsing lightweight and detachable features. Their Mogami Terra sandals boast a detachable crossbody strap and double carabiner for easy stow and carry. Along the footbed is a polyurethane sole, protecting against all-weather conditions.
