Back to College.
Pharrell Williams keeps the collections coming, this time he takes inspiration from the typical uniform aesthetic but refined and elevated with a polished, detail-oriented approach for the Louis Vuitton Fall 2026 menswear capsule. The collection’s colour palette draws from classic school wear, featuring muted base tones punctuated by vibrant accents reminiscent of varsity pennants, effortlessly blending the formality of rowing clubs with the casual ease of student dressing without venturing into costume territory.
The capsule’s silhouette is largely defined by its outerwear, featuring sculpted double-face wool and cashmere blousons, alongside coats and jacquard camel jackets that add rich texture and weight. These pieces emphasize a refined approach to layering, creating visually substantial yet never heavy looks. Completing the offering are updated cargo pants and shorts, re-proportioned and meticulously fabricated for a contemporary feel. A highlight of this collection is the introduction of several distinctive Louis Vuitton patterns. The custom Monogram Tartan graces flannel shirts, hooded blousons, and denim, offering both structure and comfort.Another fresh motif, the Monogram Heritage stripe, brings a clear directional rhythm to windbreakers and utility shirts. Additionally, the Monogram Seeds pattern reimagines the iconic Louis Vuitton flower into a gridded design, adorning leather overshirts and denim pieces with a uniform repetition that subtly nods to the Damier pattern.
Accessories, including reversible jacquard scarves and sophisticated footwear like polished Oxford loafers and the boat-shoe-inspired LV Remix, perfectly complement the collection’s blend of tradition and casual elegance, making this capsule a thoughtful prelude to the main Spring Summer line. The collection is set to drop in September.
