Hyper-Technical Football Drop.
Stone Island, the masters of high-tech materials, and New Balance, the experts of the football pitch, have teamed up again to drop the Furon v8 boot and a matching Football Kit. Think of it as a mutual agreement on over-engineering: the boot is all about speed, precision, and a sleek, monochromatic look, with a lightweight upper that has a subtle camo and integrated ripstop texture because apparently, football boots need to be as durable as a hiking backpack now. The whole collection is built with a hyper-focus on technical construction and design that actually serves a purpose. It’s where serious streetwear meets serious sports gear.
The Furon v8 boot itself is a monochrome speed demon, built for quick stops and sharp turns thanks to its new ‘Speed Ctrl Stud’. It features a cool split-finish soleplate: a matte front with a chrome, mirror-like heel (a nod to Stone Island’s love for material contrast). To match this showstopper, the Football Kit (jersey, shorts, and socks) is crafted from polyester jacquard with strategically placed mesh panels for breathability. It’s got that high-end feel with bonded seams and raised, reflective logos. Essentially, they’ve taken a standard football kit and injected it with enough technical detail to make it feel like a piece of lab-tested gear.
It’s all available starting November 19th on their official website and selected stores, so you can look hyper-technical on the pitch, or just while waiting for your latte.
