The return to Maxim's.
For its Spring/Summer 2026 campaign, KENZO revisits the iconic Maxim’s club, transforming the historic venue into a deconstructed, minimalist stage.
Long associated with pop culture, community and nightlife, Maxim’s is reduced to clean, graphic frames that place full focus on the collection. Shot and directed by Victor Brun, the campaign embraces clarity and restraint. Simple compositions reflect the creative circles that inform Nigo’s vision, from Andy Warhol’s New York and the cultural pull of Studio 54 to the artistic communities shaping the House today.
Inside the space, a stark white wall cuts through Maxim’s ornate interior, creating a contrast between restraint and opulence, capturing the stillness just before a night out.
Within the campaifn, tailoring takes centre stage. Nigo reworks the House’s kimono-inspired codes into modern silhouettes, finished with satin and velvet shawl lapels across both menswear and womenswear.
