Haider Goes Into Lightness.
Canada Goose has shifted away from its known heavy winter insulation toward Ackermann’s vision for its latest Spring Summer 2026 collection. To the surprise of nobody, Haider has been consistently leading the new era at Golden Goose; we saw that a couple of months ago, when the Willie Nelson campaign couldn’t leave our heads, and what could have been a safe option to keep the solid silhouette and keep the line, he switched again into a collection that is colourful, lighter, and fresh. The offering reflects Ackermann’s signature perspective through bold color stories, refined proportions, and modernized fabrications.
The collection balances technical heritage with a contemporary edge, anchored by high-performance staples like the seam-sealed Horizon Rain Jacket and the packable Stratus series in vibrant hues of Carmine Red and Azurite Blue. Functional innovation is further elevated by the Legacy Shirt Jacket, a modern, oversized reinterpretation of a 2001 archive style, and an expanded eyewear line featuring the sculptural, glacier-inspired Petra frame. From foundational 100% cotton jersey staples to advanced oleophobic lens treatments, every element is designed to bridge the transition from winter’s chill to the unpredictable weather of spring.
The campaign’s first chapter, lensed by photographer Ari Marcopoulos, explores the concept of “losing yourself on purpose” to find grounding in the everyday. Featuring six New Yorkers who style transitional pieces alongside their own personal wardrobes, the narrative captures how the collection lives naturally within the authentic, fast-paced rhythms of the city.
The collection is now available on the official website.
